  • Manage a team of staff and volunteers in costume construction, alterations, and fittings for six mainstage productions per season.

  • Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise dressers; create detailed dresser tracks; oversee wardrobe operations; and personally dress shows when needed for complex tracks.

  • Maintain performance ready costumes across extended runs through detailed tracking, maintenance systems, and backstage coordination,

  • Introduced modern techniques including foam building, 3D printing, and air brushing to expand shop capabilities for especially costume builds.

  • Reorganized and cataloged a historic costume inventory, creating systems that support efficient builds, fittings, and rentals.

  • Delivered all productions on schedule and within budget by balancing artistic requirements with workflow planning and cost tracking.

Facilities Manager / Scene Shop Assistant | 2022–2023

  • Supported the final stages of Diamond Head Theatre’s new theatre construction and opening, ensuring spaces were performance ready and met safety standards and code requirements.

  • Coordinated early phases of the Theatre Arts Building project, working with contractors and leadership to maintain compliance, safety standards, and clear communication. 

  • Assisted with load ins, strikes, and interdepartmental technical projects to support smooth production operations. 

  • Built and painted scenic elements and applied decorative finishes in support of production aesthetics and storytelling.

  • Support daily scene shop operations and collaborated with technical departments to meet production timelines.
